Our story

A small school built around one honest promise: you can learn this.

Crochet Nation started at a kitchen table in 2019, with a tangled skein of cotton and a friend who kept saying, “I could never do that.” Six weeks later, she'd finished her first blanket. Everything we make now is a version of that first lesson — patient, warm, and built around the person who's convinced they're ‘just not crafty’.

What we believe

The four things we won't budge on.

Beginner is a badge of honour

There are no dumb questions here. Every lesson is built for the person picking up a hook for the very first time.

Slow craft, small steps

Ten focused minutes beats a frantic hour. We teach in short lessons that fit into real, messy days.

A gentle community

Our members swap yarn, share works-in-progress and cheer each other on. No perfection, no gatekeeping.

Real finished pieces

You'll leave every module with something you can wear, gift or hang on the wall. Skill lives in things you can hold.

The team

Three makers, a lot of yarn.
